SurfScan devices sync data automatically to the cloud whenever there is an active internet connection.

Login

1. Go to surfscore.live

2. Enter the device owner email

3. Receive email with OTP code

4. Enter Code

5. You will now have access to any synchronized data from your SurfScan device(s)

Viewing Reports

Use map controls to navigate locations where you have SurfScan data. Clicking on a hex opens the report window.

Select Sessions

By default the reports aggregate all scan session data for that hex region. The ‘Sessions’ list can be expanded, allowing you to select individual scan sessions within that hex for analysis.

Once you have specific scan sessions selected, click ‘Sessions’ again to close the panel and your reports will update.

In expert report, any specific bands with multiple sectors can be expanded to view details.

The Operator Comparison Report provides a quick reference of available networks, and all bands available, sorted by overall SurfScore.

PDF Export

You can share your SurfScore reports using the PDF export button.

What is SurfScore?

SurfScore uses all data captured during a scan session to provide a ground truth assessment of real network capacity, not just signal coverage.
